Browary Warszawskie, Warsaw

Browary Warszawskie is an area between Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna Streets, which will be reintroduced to the urban fabric by Echo Investment. A new, open quarter, created by residential buildings, office buildings and public squares, rest and recreation places, cafes, restaurants and shops is being created.

This is a place with a beautiful history, but above all a modern, functional and comprehensive urban and architectural concept. There will be four office buildings, five residential buildings, over 8,000 m2 space for services, restaurants, shops, well-arranged public spaces with city squares, intimate streets and a comfortable space full of greenery. The undoubted advantages of this place are also the proximity of the city center, the metro station and the availability of developed public transportation.

Trebbi Polska once again has the pleasure to cooperate with Echo Investment, which is the owner of the entire complex. The Echo company entrusted Trebbi with coordination and monitoring of office space fit outs in the Przy Bramie building (office building J). It is already known that the companies such as EPAM, WeWork and L'oreal will move into the first, which will be opened, office building in the Browary Warszawskie. The usable area in the J building will be 12,500 m2 and we will try to do everything in our power to meet the expectations of the investor as well as the companies that will use it.

"For L'Oréal, a company closely related to beauty, this location and architecture have an impact on the perception of brands owned by L'Oréal, and L'Oréal Polska as an employer. A modern office means for us a space that favors cooperation and communication, and thus will certainly affect a better working atmosphere. "- says Paweł Konieczny, HR Director of L'Oréal Polska and the Baltic States. (source:
