Linklaters in Q22, Warsaw
The Linklaters office covers an area of over 3,000 sq.m. on the top three floors of the Q22 building in Warsaw. Its design emphasizes simplicity, functionality and top-shelf finish. Equally important here is a balanced, elegant interior design and beautiful view of Warsaw. The office was finished at the end of 2016.
Currently, Trebbi Polska manages another fit-out of an aditional floor at Q22 for the Linklaters.
"Moving to a new office is a natural response to the growing demand for a larger, more modern office space, which both our clients and our employees will benefit from. I look forward to creating a friendly and comfortable work environment that will strengthen teamwork," said Artur Kulawski, Managing Partner in Warsaw.
When designing the space, the company relied on a team of architects, including Epstein and Pringle Brandon, with the Warsaw design studio Mood Works, which played a leading role in decorating and furnishing the office. Dorota Kuć and Karina Snuszka brought refinement and a sense of lightness into space. The interiors have also been decorated with ornamental elements, such as the Mobile Chandelier designed by London-based Michael Anastassiades, whose designs can be found in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The entire fit-out on behalf of Linklaters was supervised and managed by Trebbi Polska, which took over a fuction of Project Manager.
The Q22 tower, built by the largest developer in Poland, Echo Investment, is a 155-meter office building located in the heart of Warsaw at Jana Pawła II 22 Ave. Development includes the highest standards in the field of sustainable development, including energy-efficient lighting, elevators, sewage and ventilation systems. The building is equipped with solar panels as a solution using renewable energy, and the four-glazed façade offers exceptional insulation. Q22 received the prestigious environmental certificate BREEAM Interim Excellent, which confirms the sustainability of the building, as well as its usefulness and convenience for potential users.
Linklaters was also represented by JLL Poland and Trebbi Polska in search of the perfect office space and negotiating the lease terms.
The project was appreciated in the International Property Awards competition and received the CBRE Office Superstar award in the category of "law offices".
